These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all purchases made through the website of Kymané Vintage. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&C in their current version.

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is concluded only once your order has been confirmed by us via email.
3. Products
Kymané Vintage sells authentic luxury vintage items. All items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Minor signs of wear are inherent to vintage products and do not constitute defects.
Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief.
4. Authenticity
All products offered for sale are guaranteed authentic and carefully inspected prior to listing.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in the applicable currency and include any legally required taxes unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are charged separately and shown at checkout.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is carried out in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or force majeure.

Kymané Vintage shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.
