At Kymané Vintage, we take great care in selecting and describing each item. As we specialise in authentic luxury vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, the following refund policy applies.

 

No Returns / No Refunds
 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless required by mandatory Swiss law.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, images, and condition details before completing a purchase.

 

Exceptions
 

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item received is not as described

  • The item received is not authentic

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing clear photographic evidence.

 

Condition of Items
 

Vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with age and use. Such characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

 

Shipping Issues
 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries.

 

Customs & Duties
 

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund Processing
